Pleasant View is a city on the northern border of Cheatham County. Located in Middle Tennessee, it is part of the Nashville-Davidson–Murfreesboro–Franklin, TN Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of the 2024 U.S. Census Bureau estimate, the population was 5,629, a significant increase from 4,807 in the 2020 census.
